This is true. Always, Always make sure that you are dealing directly with Dish if you decide to go with this very poorly run company. Otherwise you will get the run around when they decide to take your money and not give it back. Then when you speak with the the company they send you to the dealer, the bank, the dealer, the bank. In the mean time they still have my money. Oh, and then they had the nerve to send a fellow here to install, I was informed that if I did not want the service I would have to speak to someone on the phone even though I cancelled 3 times via phone. After one month, I called Dish again and they still had a work order for me to have the service installed. The supervisor had the nerve to ask me when I wanted me to have Dish installed when I was calling to get my money back. I do not ever want to have anything to do with Dish and the way they treat people. What a mess.

4 exceptional reveiws on the same day? If your going to reveiw your own business don't be lazy and write a bunch on the same day, space them out a little. I feel like I am back in junior high writing in my own year book how great of a kisser I am so my friends think I'm cool. I doubt I was a good kisser back then and I doubt you are a reputable business. Keith

Dish network service is horrible they would not refund me a credit balance after my contract was up they over charged me for equipment and started billing me again 1 and a half YEARS after I canceled the service. I have been dealing with these guys for almost 2 years after I canceled the service and moved from that home.

To solve most of your problems by local. Most of these adds on the net are from companies that are telemarketers. You dont know who your buying from. Buy from a local dealer for everything you get. Then you have a brick and morter place to go for problems.

My Direct Tv was getting too expensive. I called this company and a representative walked me through all the savings I would get by having Dish Network. I made the switch in a heartbeat! They are saving me lots of money off my monthly bill and I am getting MORE channels!
